Airline employees have been interviewed, drug tested, and vetted to ensure the safety of the host. The employees have their references checked, provide work history, and are generally personable people. All you have to do, as the host, is draft up “House Rules”. This may include things such as; kitchen and laundry use, how many nights a month someone can stay, and any other specifications that need to be communicated about the space. Lastly, just set your price, amenities, availability and you're ready to post.
